Carol Bennett is a Chemical Engineer with an MBA. She has successfully applied her extensive project management and mergers & acquisitions experience in all of her real estate transactions. This has enabled her to meet clients objectives - which she pursues with diligence and enthusiasm. She knows clients want results - whether finding buyers for their current property or finding their next home.
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND HOBBIES
Carol was born in New York and has lived and worked in various countries. She lived in Switzerland for 10 years where she managed a team of mergers & acquisition consultants for a major Swiss International company. She relocated to the Bay Area with her husband in 2004 where they reside in Palomar Park.
In 2018, Carol and her husband completed a demanding sailing race across the North Pacific where 50 foot waves and 80 mph winds created for an exciting experience. Carol places the same energy and enthusiasm required for ocean racing into her real estate work - and thoroughly enjoys working to meet her clients objectives. Within the mid-Peninsula community, she is active with the "PCC", Peninsula Community Center, Masters Swim team and enjoys taking in many of the wonderful hiking areas around the Bay Area.

Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast. My years of project management experience have equipped me with the necessary skills to lead such projects relying on a broad network of qualified contractors in the area.
We are so grateful to be introduced to Carol Bennett and have her on our side as our realtor. After we secured the deal and win the house, she helped us negotiated with seller during disclosure and saved us tens of thousands of dollars.
Carol is smart, savvy, honest and have a very hard working ethic. What I appreciate the most about Carole is that she always looks out for the interests of her clients and we really cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for us. On some instances, when we were just tired of the incompetence of seller’s agent and was about to give in and absorb the extra costs, Carol would negotiate and get credits for us. Every sales is unique, but ours, in my opinion, is messy beyond belief, but Carol handled it with so much grace and ease. We highly recommend Carol Bennet to my family and friends looking for homes or selling a home. In fact, we have decided Carol will be our realtor for life.
